Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country is the psychedelic-tinged country project led by guitar prodigy Daniel Donato, a musician who cut his teeth busking on Nashville’s Lower Broadway and playing the Robert’s Western World honky-tonk circuit before forging his own genre-blurring sound. Blending traditional country and bluegrass roots with jam-band improvisation and cosmic Americana in the lineage of the Grateful Dead and New Riders of the Purple Sage, Donato has built a reputation as one of the most exciting live guitarists of his generation.
