Mudvayne are the Peoria, Illinois metal band — vocalist Chad Gray, guitarist Greg Tribbett, bassist Ryan Martinie and drummer Matthew McDonough — who arrived in 2000 looking like nothing else: face paint, sci-fi personas and a whiplash blend of nu-metal aggression, progressive complexity and Martinie’s virtuosic, fretless-inspired bass.
Their debut L.D. 50 (2000) broke them wide open with “Dig,” and albums from The End of All Things to Come (2002) through Lost and Found (2005) — home to the ubiquitous “Happy?” — The New Game (2008) and the 2009 self-titled record cemented their cult following. After a decade-long hiatus the band reunited in 2021 and returned with new singles in 2025. Watch the official videos below and explore their catalog.
