Bourbon & Beyond 2026 is at the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center, 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209. Five stages on the Expo footprint, with free Kentucky Kingdom amusement-ride access for pass holders, plus bourbon workshops, chef demos, the Kroger Big Bourbon Bar, and Wine Garden.

Dates & Hours

Festival days: Thursday–Sunday, September 24–27, 2026. Campgrounds open Wednesday, September 23 at 12pm (9am for Early Arrival) and close Monday, September 28 at noon. Check-in windows (subject to change): Wed 12–10pm (9am Early Arrival), Thu–Fri 8am–10pm, Sat–Sun 8am–12pm. Box offices: Highland (south), Cardinal (north), plus a camping box office — hours publish closer to show week. Gate open times TBD (typically ~11am–noon).

Getting There

Kentucky Expo Center sits at the junction of I-65 and I-264, adjacent to Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. On-site general parking sells day-of via KEC Gates 1, 4 & 6 (cash or card; no overnight; RVs not allowed in general/premium lots). Reserved off-site lots sell via ParkMobile. Rideshare/taxi use the Army National Guard Recruiter lot at 2729 Crittenden Dr. Downtown Hotel Shuttle (Pegasus) runs KICC ↔ festival every 15–25 minutes (~$175 for a 4-day shuttle pass when listed). Park & TARC: PARC garage at 115 W Jefferson + #2 bus to Phillips Lane near Gate 1. Bike racks at Gates 1, 3/4, and 6.

Passes Basics

All ages — every fan needs a pass. Admission, camping, and parking sell separately. Passes ship as RFID wristbands (~4–5 weeks out). No refunds/exchanges; rain or shine. StubHub is the official resale partner. General re-entry is not allowed unless you are camping or on a Hotel + Admission (Jampack) package with daily re-entry. Exacta = 4-Day GA to both Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life (separate wristbands).

Camping Essentials

You need a festival pass and a camping wristband to enter campgrounds. Each site includes one Camping Vehicle Pass (unless noted), complimentary showers, camp store/concessions, 24-hour security/medical, and re-entry between camp and the fest during event hours. Hookups are not included unless you buy Premium RV w/ Power or a Barrel Cove package. No vehicle in/outs without the Overnight Vehicle add-on.

What to Expect On Site

Expect metal detectors and a tight bag policy — pack light (one sealed 20 oz water or empty plastic refill bottle; no Yetis/Hydro Flasks). Lawn chairs require a Lawn Chair Pass (GA areas only; not Mint/Beyond VIP). Lockers (with chargers) sell at Highland GA, Cardinal GA, Mint VIP, and Beyond VIP. Accessibility

Accessible campsites and ADA showers are available — reserve camping first, then submit the ADA Camping Registration Form on the official site. Is there on-site camping?

Yes. Car + Tent, RV (no hookup), Premium RV w/ Power, and Barrel Cove tent/RV glamping packages. Camping opens Wednesday, September 23 (five nights through Monday noon Sep 28). Festival admission is sold separately — no festival pass, no campground entry.

When can campers arrive and leave?

Campgrounds open 12pm Wednesday, September 23 (9am with an Early Arrival add-on) and close 12pm Monday, September 28. Check-in windows run Wed–Sun with published hour blocks on the Camping Info page. Camping vehicle passes mail in advance with toll-booth directions.
