About

Thrown are a hardcore band who’ve made a name with a brutally raw, emotionally frayed sound that channels the anxieties and burnout of modern life into sheer sonic violence. Their music is abrasive, direct, and cathartic, built for the pit.

Tracks like “rehearsed,” “split,” and “on the verge” capture that unfiltered intensity. In 2026 they’ll mount their own headline tour across the US and Europe/UK legs, alongside appearances at Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple. Watch the official videos below and explore their catalog.
