Louder Than Life 2026

Strap in, Louisville — Louder Than Life is about to detonate its biggest bomb yet. From September 17–20, 2026, the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center become the beating heart of American rock and metal, as Danny Wimmer Presents rolls out a four-day monster crowned by four generational headliners: heavy-metal gods Iron Maiden on Thursday, emo titans My Chemical Romance on Friday, nu-metal kings Limp Bizkit on Saturday, and art-rock overlords TOOL closing it all down Sunday night. This isn’t a festival so much as a summit.

And the depth behind those names is staggering — roughly 200 acts across seven stages, arguably the deepest bill LTL has ever assembled. Thrash legends Pantera, Megadeth and Anthrax share the grounds with Gojira, Mastodon and Killswitch Engage; Alice Cooper and Danzig bring the dark theatrics; Papa Roach, Sublime, A Day To Remember, Pierce The Veil, The Used and Coheed and Cambria stack the middle of the card. Saturday even hosts one of the most stacked female-fronted showings a major U.S. rock fest has ever run — Halestorm, In This Moment, Lindsey Stirling, Orianthi and more. Add Tom Morello, BABYMETAL, The Prodigy and Danny Elfman, and there is simply no lull in this thing.
