Inkcarceration 2026 was at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio — the real Shawshank filming location. Campground: Richland County Fairgrounds, 750 North Home Road, Mansfield, OH 44906 (~4 miles from the festival).
Festival: July 17–19, 2026. Campground: Thursday, July 16 through Monday, July 20 at noon.
All ages (adult environment). RFID wristbands. Admission, camping, and parking sold separately. Passes included free self-guided Reformatory tours and Tattoo X admission. StubHub was the official resale partner. All sales final / rain or shine.
Fairgrounds camping with indoor showers/restrooms, 24-hour security/medical, general store, Thursday Welcome Party, and complimentary shuttle to the fest during event hours. No campfires (county ordinance). Vehicles generally stayed parked once checked in (overnight lot exceptions).
Advance parking lots (e.g. Green Lot general, accessible, motorcycle) were sold separately. Overnight parking outside campgrounds was not permitted — vehicles left overnight risked tow.
